All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Lifetime Warranty

Every JEMEY product is backed by a lifetime warranty.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect or normal use, we will replace it at no cost.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal cosmetic wear

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or abuse

• Loss or theft

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at jemeyco@gmail.com with:

• Proof of purchase

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos or video showing the defect

Approved claims will be replaced with the same product or a comparable replacement if the original is unavailable.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty replacements unless otherwise required by law.
